1. Drink Water - Drinking water will provide energy in your body. So why
not take it seriously. Especially when you’re stressed, drinking water
is one solution.

2. Exercise - When you’re stressed, you really need exercise.
Being healthy is important to stay away from stress. It will remove
stress in your body and in your mind.

3. Pray - Praying is one way to relax and have some peace
in your heart. Some of us were too busy at work and when we went home we always went to sleep without even praying. Having Faith will keep you away
from stess, believe me .

4. Kiss your Loved Ones - When stress strikes your day, don’t forget your loved ones. Give them a kiss, it will surely make your day positive.

5. Sleep - One of the best things in Life is sleeping. Lack of Sleep will
surely amounts to stress.

6. Take a deep breath - Find the peace and the silence. Take a deep breath,
you will surely feel the stress slowly moving away from your body.

7. Dont Eat Crappy Food - (fast, processed, and loaded with sugar) will add
stress on your body. , When you feel the stress getting to you, Its time for you to eat fresh and non processed foods. Grab green food instead.

8. Laugh - Don’t take your life seriously. Forget all the problems you
have in mind. One way to cleanse it is to Laugh. Watch comedy films, Laugh
at your on jokes. Laughter is the best medicine.
